- Set up overall fulfillment warehouse division process and ensure to achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) target for each division (Inbound/Inventory/Outbound)
- Set up manpower allocation plan based on the forecast (daily, weekly and monthly)
- Coordination with external parties
- Lead warehouse improvement initiative
- Monitor and review Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Work Instruction (WI) for each warehousing process
- Lead problem-solving activities in each division
Minimum Qualifications
- Experienced as Supervisor (Inbound, Inventory, Outbound, etc) in related sector (E-Commerce/3PL/FMCG/Retail/Parts) min. 2 years
- Able to converse in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English to communicate with internal stakeholders
- Willing to be placed at Jabodetabek Area
