Senior Product Manager – Consumer Lending

Kualifikasi

1. A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
2. At least 6-7 years of product management experience
3. Ability to work effectively on a 1 on 1 basis with engineering, design, research team members following current best practices
4. Ability to work directly with a small group of stakeholders for their feature(s) with support from a manager/mentor
5. An analytical and data-driven mindset; a love for digging into data to understand what’s happening and to define & measure success on every project
6. Deep empathy and interest in keeping your customers point of view in the forefront, constantly bringing questions back to what will serve them best
7. Fluent in English with strong interpersonal communication skills in order to effectively collaborate with our international teams
